Promotional Period
The Promotion runs from:
November 1-December 15, 2024 ("Promotional Period")
Overview
Customers residing in the Cayman Islands who send four (4) Western Union money transfers to
anywhere in the world from any GraceKennedy Money Services Western Union agent location in Cayman during the Promotional Period qualify for an opportunity to enter to win.
There will be a total of sixteen (16) winners who will be selected on December 16, 2024.
Limit one (1) entry per customer.
Winners will be selected at random using the drawing tools at The GraceKennedy Money Services Cayman Office at # 84 Edward St., Duty Free Centre, George Town, Cayman Islands at 2PM on the following date:

Prizes & Prize Pick Event
Winners will be invited to pick one of the prizes listed by random selection from ‘Santa’s Bag’ at the “Prize Pick” activity which will be held at a GraceKennedy Money Services agent location in George Town, Cayman on December 20, 2024.
The availability of prizes is subject to current stock when each winner is invited to make their selection. Prizes and quantities are limited, as detailed below:
The Sponsor’s representative will contact the winners by phone.
Sponsor will make 3 attempts to contact each winner by phone within one (1) working day after the draw. If the Sponsor’s representative is unable to contact the winners, the Sponsor reserves the right to select and contact a backup winner in the order in which they were drawn.
Failure to claim their prize within three (3) working days after notification will result in the prize being forfeited and a new selection made from the backup winners. All unclaimed prizes will remain the property of GraceKennedy Money Services.
Participating Store Locations
All GraceKennedy Money Services Western Union locations in Cayman (currently in operation) will participate in the promotion.
Validity
Open only to individuals residing in Cayman who are 18 years of age or older.
Claiming Prize
Valid identification (Passport, Drivers Licence or Voter Registration Card) is required for the winners to claim their prize.
Publicity
In accordance with the personal data protection regulations and other regulations applicable in the Territory, by the mere fact of participating, participants expressly declare that they voluntarily and freely agree to the use of their personal data provided to the Sponsor for the purpose of their participation in the Promotion.
Additionally, by the mere fact of participating, winners assign to the Sponsor, free of charge,
voluntarily, non-exclusively and with the right to transfer to third parties, in whole and/or in part, all image, audio and/or video rights arising under the Promotion, for editing, reproduction, dissemination and public communication by any means (including social networks and internal communication platforms of the Sponsor).
Winners will forfeit the prize in the event they refuse to have their names and likenesses used
for advertising purposes.
Claiming Prize
Valid identification (Passport, Drivers Licence or Voter Registration Card) is required for the winners to claim their prize.
Relationship of the Parties
For the avoidance of doubt, participation in this promotion and selection as a winner in the Promotion should not be construed as creating any partnership, relationship, joint venture or other association between the Sponsor and the winner. The winner is not an employee of the Sponsor, GraceKennedy Money Services, Western Union or any of its affiliates.
Suspension or Termination
The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion temporarily or permanently if irregularities are detected.
General Rules
1. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion or Redemption of any Prize.
2. Neither Sponsor nor Western Union shall be liable if the Winner, for any reason, fails to claim his/her prize. Neither shall be responsible for any accident or injury suffered by the Winner because of the Winner & use of the prize.
3. Neither Sponsor nor Western Union shall be liable for any damage to the Winner's or any third party & property or personal injury arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or the enjoyment of the
prize.
4. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.
Governing Law
The terms and conditions set forth herein are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. The Sponsor, its affiliates and participants in this Promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
Legal
The Sponsor reserves the right to initiate the legal actions they deem appropriate in the event of detecting any irregularity in relation to the development of the Promotion established in these regulations.
Any relationship generated by virtue of the Promotion between the participants and the Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any legal matter that may arise from the conduct of the Promotion, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
This is a randomized draw for Western Union customers that is not intended to, and should not influence, any decisions or actions for the benefit of Western Union. The promotion is compliant with all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations.
