This promotion is sponsored by GraceKennedy Money Services Bahamas Ltd., agent for Western Union in the Bahamas.
Promotional Period
Official Promotional Period:
JULY 28 - SEPTEMBER 8, 2025.
Overview
Customers residing in The Bahamas who send three (3) or more Western Union money transfers from any GraceKennedy Money Services Western Union agent location in The Bahamas during the Promotional Period qualify for an opportunity to win two round-trip tickets to Jamaica.
One (1) winner will be selected.
Prizes
The prize consists of two round trip tickets to Jamaica.
Participating Store Locations
All GraceKennedy Money Services locations in The Bahamas (currently in operation) will participate in the promotion.
Qualifying Action
Customers who send three or more money transfers during the promotional period will be automatically entered for a chance to win the prize.
Validity
Participants must be 18 years or older and must meet the transaction criteria to qualify for entry during the promotion period.
Winner Selection
Winner will be selected at random by GraceKennedy Money Services Bahamas on September 9, 2025
Claiming Prize
Valid identification (passport, driver’s license, or voter registration card) is required in order for a winner to claim their prize.
Publicity
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for GraceKennedy Money Services and its agencies/affiliates to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising.
Winners will forfeit the prize in the event they refuse to have their names and likenesses used for advertising purposes.
Additional Terms
The sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at its discretion. All decisions are final and binding.
Relationship of the Parties
For the avoidance of doubt, participation in this promotion and selection as a winner in the promotion should not be construed as creating any partnership, relationship, joint venture, or other association between the Sponsor and the winner. The winner is not an employee of the Sponsor, GraceKennedy Money Services, Western Union, or any of its affiliates.
Suspension or Termination
The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion temporarily or permanently if irregularities are detected.
General Rules
1. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion or Redemption of any Prize.
2. Neither Sponsor nor Western Union shall be liable in the event that the Winner, for any reason, fails to claim his/her prize. Neither shall be responsible for any accident or injury suffered by the winner as a result of the winner's use of the prize.
3. Neither Sponsor nor Western Union shall be liable for any damage to the winner's or any third party's property or personal injury arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or the enjoyment of the prize.
4. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by the official rules.
Governing Law
The Sponsor, its affiliates and participants in this Promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Bahamas.
Legal
The Sponsor reserves the right to initiate the legal actions they deem appropriate in the event of detecting any irregularity in relation to the development of the Promotion established in these regulations.
